Delivery & Return

This page summarises our delivery and returns terms. The full terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which take precedence in the event of any inconsistency.

Delivery

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT, London) begin processing the same working day. Processing takes 3 business days before despatch.

We ship to these five countries only. Estimated delivery times are totals covering processing and transit, counted in business days from the day you order. They are estimates, not guarantees.

Prices and shipping are charged in your local currency. Free shipping thresholds are based on your order total after any discounts have been applied.

Tracking: every order ships tracked. Your tracking number is emailed once the parcel leaves our warehouse. Allow 2–5 days for the first scan.

Customs and duties: goods are despatched from our overseas fulfilment partners. Import duty, GST or VAT may be charged on arrival. These charges are set by your government, are not included in our prices, and are payable by the customer.

UK and EU cooling-off	14 days to cancel for any reason, plus 14 days to return. Standard delivery refunded on full-order cancellation

Refund processing	Within 7 business days of receipt and inspection
Exchanges	Accepted on the same terms as returns
Faulty or incorrect goods	Report within 48 hours with photos. Replacement or full refund including all postage

To start a return: email support@styleloom.com.au with your order number and reason. We reply within 1 business day with the return address. Please do not post anything back before receiving authorisation.
